Why are you introducing subscriptions?
To ensure a sustainable business model after the bankruptcy and to continue developing Ngenic Tune with new features and improvements.
What happens if I don’t choose a subscription?
If you don’t activate a subscription by August 1st, the service will unfortunately be discontinued.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
You can easily register your subscription through our new payment system. Once that’s done, the previous monthly fee will automatically be removed.
Why should I pay a monthly fee when I already bought the hardware?
The monthly fee enables long-term operation and continuous development of the service, which is no longer possible through hardware sales alone.
What does the subscription cost for existing customers?
If you were a customer before May 2025, you get a discounted price: 49 SEK/month for the standard version, and 79 SEK/month for the version with electricity price optimization.
I have two Tune systems linked to the same account – do I need two subscriptions?
No, one subscription is sufficient for multiple Tune systems as long as they are connected to the same account.
What does it cost for new customers?
For new customers, the price is 99 SEK/month for the standard version and 159 SEK/month for the version with electricity price optimization.
Hardware rental is included in the price.
