Multiple users and multiple Tune systems

A Ngenic Tune system can have multiple users. You can also link multiple Tune systems to the same user account.

Inviting more users to a Tune system

Only the primary user (admin) can invite more users to the system.

1. Log in to the Ngenic Tune app with the primary user’s account and select the Tune system you want to invite someone to.
2. Go to Settings → Users → Invite user.
3. Send an invitation to the new user’s email address. The new user then follows the instructions in the invitation.

The subscription must be held by the primary user

The primary user must hold the subscription for the Tune system. The subscription is managed at account.ngenic.se. Log in there with the primary user’s account.

Multiple Tune systems on the same account

The same user account can be linked to multiple Tune systems, for example one at home and one at a holiday home. You can switch between your systems at the top right of the app’s Home view.
