How does Ngenic Tune work when a woodstove or fireplace is in use?

If our indoor sensor is placed close to your fireplace, Ngenic Tune will react on the rising temperature and lower the heat from the heating system. Different customers want Ngenic Tune to react differently on the temperature change. If you don’t want the heating system to lower its heat output, you can place the indoor sensor further away from the fireplace. A reason for this is that it otherwise could become to cold in rooms that are far away from the the fireplace.

Another way to solve it is to temporarily turn up the set temperature in the mobile app.
